این موقعیت تحصیلی در زمینه روانشناسی یا رشته های مرتبط است. متقاضی بایستی دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در روانشناسی یا رشته های مرتبط باشد و مسلط یا مایل به یادگیری زبان هلندی و تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی (رایتینگ و اسپیکینگ) باشد.
علاوه بر این، داوطلب ترجیحاً دارای تجربه قبلی با روانشناسی، مشاهدات و یا تجربه روش نمونه گیری ، مهارتهای اجتماعی و توانایی کار در محیط پژوهشی بین رشته ای و تجربه یا تمایل به یادگیری آمار پیشرفته داشته باشد.
ارزش بورسیه تحصیلی
حقوق دانشجویان دکتری مطابق با استانداردهای بین المللی و بصورت رقابتی است. یک قرارداد به مدت یک سال ارائه می شود که پس از ارزیابی مثبت برای سه سال دیگر قابل تمدید است.

PhD Position for Research on Sexual Aggression

Founded in 1961, the Institute for Family and Sexuality Studies is one of the oldest academic centers in Europe to focus on questions related to sexuality and family and relationship processes. The Institute is part of the Department of Neurosciences in the School of Medicine at KU Leuven, one of the most renowned universities in Europe
Project
The PhD project starts from the premise that our approach to the prevention of sexual aggression could benefit from the differentiation between, and a better understanding of, different typologies of perpetrators.
The project will be the first to apply the distinction between proactive and reactive aggression to the study of sexual aggression, and will use questionnaire, observational, sexual psychophysiological, and experience sampling methods to examine, in the lab and in daily life, different perpetrator profiles and their associations with previously studied predictors of sexual aggression and state/trait sexual arousal (including the propensities for sexual excitation and inhibition), affect, and self-regulation.
Profile
The successful candidate has a Master in sexology, psychology, or related discipline, is proficient in or willing to learn Dutch and has a good command of English (written and oral). In addition, the candidate preferably has previous experience with psychophysiological, observationals, and/or experience sampling methods, excellent social and organizational skills, the ability to work in an interdisciplinary research environment, and experience with or a willingness to learn cutting-edge advanced statistical methods.
Offer
Salaries for PhD students are competitive by international standards. A contract for one year will be offered, which is renewable for another three years after positive evaluation.
